FAQs
With SaleVali, you can effectively scale your business and automate all processes. It's incredibly easy to set up, simple to use, and offers all the features a multichannel merchant needs.
Up to 10 orders a month SaleVali is free — there are no costs at all, with or without API integration. From the 11th order the base price of €9.90 plus VAT applies, and it covers the first 11 orders.
Every additional order adds a tiered transaction fee:
- Up to the 100th order: €0.20 per order
- Orders 101–1000: €0.05 per order
- From the 1001st order: €0.033 per order
For example: 11 orders cost €9.90, 12 orders €10.10, 100 orders €27.70. This way, you only pay for what you actually use and benefit from full automation at transparent costs.
The trial period ends after 30 days and there is no automatic renewal or conversion into a paid contract. After that you can keep using SaleVali: free up to 10 orders per month, and from the 11th order from €9.90/month.
Amounts due are collected via SEPA from your account.
Quickly and directly in your account: click "Cancel account" in Settings, done in one click. Your account then stays active for another 30 days, during which you can reverse the cancellation any time.
Of course, SaleVali gives you the ability to import all customer data without any issues.
Your customer data is backed up on the server. A separate server is reserved for you, which works in an encapsulated manner for double protection of your data. Since each customer has their own server under our server principle, there is no "peak time" throttling or process outages.
