FAQs
With SaleVali, you can effectively scale your business and automate all processes. It's incredibly easy to set up, simple to use, and offers all the features a multichannel merchant needs.
For users without API integration who only create invoices, the fixed price is €9.90 plus VAT. There are no additional fees per transaction.
For users with API integration, pricing is tiered based on monthly transaction volume:
- The first 100 transactions: €0.20 per transaction
- Transactions 101–1000: €0.05 per transaction
- From the 1001st transaction: €0.033 per transaction
This way, you only pay for what you actually use – and benefit from full automation at transparent costs.
The trial period ends after 30 days and there is no automatic renewal or conversion into a paid contract.
Amounts due are collected via SEPA from your account.
The SaleVali contract can be cancelled at any time without giving reasons, with a notice period of 30 days, simply by email (info@salevali.de).
Of course, SaleVali gives you the ability to import all customer data without any issues.
Your customer data is backed up on the server. A separate server is reserved for you, which works in an encapsulated manner for double protection of your data. Since each customer has their own server under our server principle, there is no "peak time" throttling or process outages.
