The trial ends automatically after 30 days — there is no automatic renewal or conversion into a paid contract.

Amounts due are collected from your account via SEPA direct debit.

Your SaleVali contract can be cancelled at any time without giving a reason, with 30 days' notice, simply by email (info@salevali.de).

Of course — SaleVali lets you import all your customer data without any hassle.

Your customer data is backed up on the server. A dedicated server is reserved for you, which operates in isolation for double protection of your data. Because each customer has their own server under our hosting model, there are no "peak times" that throttle or interrupt your processes.

You can use all features — there are no restrictions.

You can use our application in German and English.

Of course — you can reach our phone support during business hours, which run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also reach us at any time by opening a ticket in the support area.

Our pricing is the same for everyone.

You can send us your suggestions through the support area or reach us by phone.

You can bring your existing customer data into SaleVali through the import area. Simply fill out the sample CSV file to transfer your customer information to SaleVali.

It is not possible to transfer invoices already created elsewhere into SaleVali.
