Import / Export

The "Import / Export" area is a powerful data management tool that lets you load information into the SaleVali application or extract it from it. This is especially useful for bulk data updates, migrating information from other systems, or creating backups.

The area is divided into two subpages:

• Import – upload existing customers, categories and products in CSV format.
• Export – download DATEV data, invoices, credit notes, customers, categories and articles in CSV format.

In both lists, only the files from the last two operations of the same type are kept; older files are deleted automatically.
